Scrum Master Experience Lab

Build practical Scrum Master skills through a four-week, industry-simulated project.

In this hands-on experience lab, you will work with a fictional food delivery platform called QuickBite. You’ll practise working with a Scrum Team, preparing and refining a Product Backlog, facilitating Sprint Planning and Daily Scrum activities, handling impediments, engaging stakeholders, and improving team outcomes.

Each week includes practical scenarios, structured activities, and work products designed to help you apply Scrum concepts in realistic project situations.

What you’ll work on

• Understand the project context, team responsibilities, Working Agreement, and Definition of Done.
• Practise backlog refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Goals, and Sprint Backlogs.
• Work through Daily Scrum scenarios, impediments, dependencies, and stakeholder challenges.
• Simulate a Sprint Review and Retrospective, interpret basic metrics, and prepare an improvement plan.
• Compile selected work products into a professional portfolio.
